In October 2003 a large automobile company confronted V.I.T. with the task of developing a concept for the annual department development scheme. 250 employees should actively handle the topic work-life-balance and should get to know each other in a different way, independent of their levels.
The content of the program on the Salamander-areal and the fun-sport centre in Kornwestheim was exemplary as an introduction to the topic "work-life-balance" from Markus Weber. This also included a combination of practical exercises, lectures from experts about health-oriented cardio-vascular training as well as a number of practical workshops; from Nordic walking to Tai chi. Those who collected fitness-points received an individually- developed training concept.
A immensely diverse selection of food at the health buffet rounded off the day.
